Beta Access
iOS (iPhone, iPad, etc)
Note: For first time installs, users will need to setup a provision profile in order to allow the application to auto-sign a new version with the proper signing certificate. This process should only need to be followed a single time.
First Time Setup

You should receive a notification that a new beta has been uploaded, and is now available for you to try!
After being added to the beta, you should begin receiving updates when an update is available for your device.
From your mobile phone - click on the link and login to AppCenter using the same email address it was mailed to.

If you are a first time beta user, you will see the message above.
Click + Add Device, to register your phone for the beta!

During this process, it will ask you to install a profile on your device to allow for the installation of beta applications.
After downloading the profile, you will need to install it. It can be installed by opening Settings, and select Profile Downloaded

It will show you information about the certificate. In this case, it is showing you that AppCenter is wanting to enrol you in the program for testing.
Select Install to enable the profile and register your device.
Revisit the download page, and it should now say that your device is properly registered.
Note: If this is a restricted application (i.e. Mindbloome) you may need to wait for us to confirm your device on the back-end.

Note: The image above shows the process on our side. For manual registration, you will be unable to install the application until we formally register your device.
Continued Installation

Once the team has confirmed your device, or if it is not a restricted beta, you should be able to re-install the application.
This application has now had a special inclusion of your Device ID, to ensure it is allowed to run the application.
Press Install

You will see that it is downloading and installing in the background.
Wait a moment, and then minimize Safari.

You should see the application on the main screen and be able to run and execute the program.
Error Messages

If you see the above error message, it means we need to make an adjustment on the provisioning of the application. Most likely you still need to be enabled as an allowed device.
If this happens, please Contact Us for support and let us know that your device is not allowing for the installation.
Android (Samsung, Pixel, etc)
To install the application on an Android device, it is much easier.

Open the link in Chrome on your mobile phone and press Install.
You will be prompted to Download the APK installation file.
Note: If prompted, please Enable APK installation (or Third Party Installation) permissions in Settings.
After the file downloads, you should be able to access the Downloads section of the browser, Select Install, and select the Package Installer to install the beta application.
